Unfolding the Future encourages you to reflect on obstacles and opportunities, as well as the practical actions and bold steps you can take right now. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>What are the Five Ambitions for Health and Care?<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Five Ambitions set out the conditions for realising long term, meaningful and sustainable change in health and care.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Be Human-<\/strong>\u202fWe are all human and should be treated with dignity. Everyone can thrive if our rights are protected, defended, and promoted.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Lead Courageously-<\/strong>\u202fWe can all be leaders in our own lives, communities and workplaces.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Share Power-<\/strong>\u202fWe make changes in our own lives and communities when power is shared.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Reimagine Investment-<\/strong>\u202fWe can transform society for everyone\u2019s benefit with sustainable investment, patience, partnership and valuing one another.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Measure Outcomes-<\/strong>\u202fWe should measure success in health and care with personal outcomes, not just short-term targets.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>You can find out more about the Five Ambitions by reading<a href=\"https:\/\/www.alliance-scotland.org.uk\/health-and-social-care-integration\/health-and-social-care-academy\/five-ambitions-for-the-future-of-health-and-care\/\"> the <\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/www.alliance-scotland.org.uk\/health-and-social-care-integration\/health-and-social-care-academy\/five-ambitions-for-the-future-of-health-and-care\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">report<\/a> or by watching <a href=\"https:\/\/youtu.be\/68qCMqGHllA?feature=shared\">this short animation.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>What is the resource?\u00a0<\/strong>\u00a0<br>Unfolding the Future is a six-step workbook which can be printed and folded in both A4 or A5 formats. We encourage you to use the booklet in a way that works best for you. This might mean pausing and revisiting sections.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>What difference will it make?<\/strong>&nbsp;<br>This resource will help to deepen conversations about change, including reflecting on the opportunities and challenges ahead.
