In this section, you can find a range of customisable templates to support delivery of your organisation's engagement projects.

Access a variety of customisable templates, including an Equality Impact Assessment template, facilitators guide, and a welcome pack for a lived experience network. These templates are designed to provide a clear framework for your projects, ensuring that staff and lived experience participants have a consistently positive experience.

Please use these documents as a starting point to develop your organisation’s approach, however, note that your organisation will have its own unique context to consider. You may need to adapt these templates to better suit the communities you are supporting or speaking to, and the unique needs they may have.

The purpose of a working together agreement is to outline the expectations, roles, and responsibilities of a team. This template is based on discussions held with a lived experience working group facilitated by the ALLIANCE. Please use this document as a starting point to think about your own approach.
