Getting Your Voice Heard
Our Voice wants to support people to have their say in the delivery of services. Key to this is making people aware of how to do this.
Engagement can happen at many levels. Often the most powerful form of feedback is individual stories. Our Voice is dedicated to supporting all types of engagement and so wants to support people to speak up about services that they receive.
One great way to do this is Care Opinion which allows you to tell an anonymous story about an experience with health and care services. This story is then sent to the services involved who are encouraged to respond. Other ways to have your say on service include Self-Directed Support which lets you have a greater say in which services you receive and also access to advocacy services.
