Wellbeing support
The Tayside Department of Spiritual Care will be available to provide listening support to those participating in the Inquiry.
Reliving painful experiences is a difficult process and we appreciate how emotionally difficult it will be for people to participate in this Inquiry. We want to make sure that people feel supported before, during and after any contribution they make.
Members of the Department of Spiritual Care and skilled trained volunteers are available to offer support. They are skilled in listening to help people explore their stories and questions.
They are normally available between the hours of 9am to 5pm and appointments can be made at a time and location convenient to you.
Support is also available through the department’s “Do You Need To Talk?” Listening Service which is based in many GP Surgeries over Tayside. http://www.doyouneedtotalk.scot.nhs.uk (this link will take you away from our website)
