NHS Lanarkshire Quality Improvement Day Pledge. Turning Good Intentions into Purposeful Actions.

Many thanks to Dr Lesley Anne Smith, Director of Quality and Kate Bell, Head of Service Change and Transformation for inviting Tommy to speak at the Quality Improvement Day for NHS Lanarkshire on 16 November 2017.

Tommy was joined on the day by colleague William Griffiths, who was delighted to learn more about the improvement work being done in Lanarkshire.

Tommy spoke passionately about the importance of person centred care and asking what matters to you? in conversations.

Dementia Carer Voices looks forward to working more with NHS Lanarkshire in the coming year as part of our work with the Chief Nursing Officer, Fiona McQueen.

See the beautiful pledges from the pledge wall contributed to throughout the day by attendees.

We are grateful for the opportunity and Support from Kate, Lesley Anne and all the Quality Improvement Team to support staff in turning pledges into purposeful actions.
