Some of our most recent work includes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/web.archive.org\/web\/20211128135153\/https:\/\/www.alliance-scotland.org.uk\/blog\/news\/self-management-reflective-practice\/\">Self Management Reflective Practice<\/a> &#8211; a free resource delivered by the ALLIANCE staff working in health and social care to generate ideas and thinking about how to embed self management approaches in their own role.<\/li>\n<li>Promoting health and wellbeing through public libraries &#8211; a Public Library Improvement Fund (PLIF) project led by the ALLIANCE in partnership with NHS Health Scotland and Scottish public libraries service.<\/li>\n<li>Activities to support the Self Management Fund.<\/li>\n<li>Leading on the <a href=\"https:\/\/web.archive.org\/web\/20211026154908\/https:\/\/www.alliance-scotland.org.uk\/blog\/news\/taking-self-management-and-co-production-internationally\/\">Self Management and Co-Production Special Interest Group<\/a> in partnership with the International Foundation for Integrated Care.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>To discuss current work in more detail or to discuss your own ideas, please get in contact with Grace Beaumont, Development Officer by emailing <a style=\"font-size: 1em;background-color: #ffffff\" href=\"mailto:grace.beaumont@alliance-scotland.org.uk\">grace.beaumont@alliance-scotland.org.uk<\/a><span style=\"font-size: 1em\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Our Self Management Programme can: Provide learning, good practice and guidance on developing support for self management, designed and delivered with people living with long term conditions.
