Susan Young

Susan has operation responsibility for the provision of finance and all resource services for the ALLIANCE.

Susan provides strategic leadership for the organisation, working in close partnership with the Chief Officer – Development to shape the vision and drive the agenda on behalf of individuals living with long-term conditions.  She ensures the effective management of resources and maintains accountability to stakeholders.

She oversees corporate services, including finance, human resources, IT and information security, data protection, legal affairs, facilities management, health and safety, and governance. These functions are essential to supporting all organisational activities and ensuring smooth, compliant operations.
