Quill Accounts are a not for profit company who specialise in offering a payroll and payment admin service to individuals who employ their own carers and/or care agencies. They offer this service to people who are in receipt of funding via local authority Direct Payment, SDS or ILF funding, although they also provide payroll services to community groups, small charities, etc.
