Healthy Valleys

Healthy Valleys were awarded £110,188 in September 2023 to run their project for 36 months.
Through the provision of bespoke socially prescribed 1:1 support, specialised group work programmes and peer led interventions Healthy Valleys “Women Living Well”, the funded project will support women in Clydesdale’s isolated rural communities who are living with symptoms relating to their menopause to better self-manage symptoms and improve their long-term health and wellbeing.
Through this work Healthy Valleys aims to empower positive aging, and provide accessible support and information, that encourages women to identify and achieve health and wellbeing improvement goals, to make informed choices today that have a positive long-term impact.
