Highland Mindfulness Group is a member of the ALLIANCE.

With a team of trained mindfulness facilitators, our charity offers regular free sessions on Zoom and in person at various venues around the Highlands, as well as workshops, courses, meditation days, retreats and mindfulness in nature sessions. The aim of the group is to teach, develop and support the use of mindfulness and meditation techniques to relieve suffering. Mindfulness can help with stress, anxiety, depression, persistent pain and long-term health conditions while improving mental wellbeing and supporting people to become more resilient.
