Sense Scotland
- Project Status: On-going
Sense Scotland were awarded £76,366 in July 2024 to run their project for 36 months
Working across Scotland this three year project aims to understand gaps in support for people with communication support needs who are living with long term conditions beyond these support needs. In year one this would focus on engaging on an individual level understanding needs, and what adaptions to support are required for that individual. In year two taking learning from this people with communication support needs would be engaged to co-produce and co-deliver training and resources around effective support for people with communication needs and long term conditions. The project hopes to learn more about the gaps in support and whether these approaches to meeting those gaps are effective.
