Scotland’s dedicated Testicular Cancer education, awareness and support charity.

Cahonas Scotland is Scotland’s only dedicated testicular cancer charity, supporting men from the moment they find a lump through diagnosis, treatment and into long-term survivorship. We are the only organisation in Scotland delivering end-to-end support across the full testicular cancer journey.

We educate, raise awareness and empower men to take control of their testicular health through national programmes delivered in schools, colleges, workplaces and sports settings across Scotland. We work to reduce late diagnosis by improving health literacy and normalising conversations about testicular health among young men.

We support men and their families through diagnosis and treatment via our You’ve Got This care boxes, delivered through clinical partners including the Beatson West of Scotland Cancer Centre, Aberdeen Royal Infirmary and Edinburgh Western General, and through peer support connecting men with others who have been through the same experience.

We address the largely undocumented psychological and mental health impact of testicular cancer – including body image, testosterone, fertility anxiety and identity – through our support programmes and podcast community.

We work in partnership with leading oncology and urology teams across Scotland to ensure men affected by testicular cancer receive joined-up support at every stage of their journey.
