Photography
Please be advised that there will be photography at this event. Photographs may be used for promotional materials or marketing purposes specifically relating to this event and for wider ALLIANCE use, both printed and online (e.g. publications, our website and our social media channels). If you have any questions about photography at this event please contact annualconference@alliance-scotland.org.uk. On the day, you may also notify the Events and Communications team if you object to being photographed. If you do not notify the Events and Communications team of objection, you are consenting to the ALLIANCE photographing and using your image and likeness including any reproductions or adaptations of said image. You may notify us at any point if you wish us to stop using your image, in which case it will not be used in any future publications but will continue to appear in publications already in circulation. Copyright of images remains with the photographer of the event.

Cancellation policy

All cancellations should be made in writing to The Health and Social Care Alliance Scotland (the ALLIANCE). If cancellation is received by: 1 April, 75% of conference fee will be refunded. 15 April, 50% of conference fee will be refunded. 24 April, full cost will be charged.

The personal data on this form is being collected for the following purpose: to keep you informed about the work of the ALLIANCE and issues relating to the long term conditions agenda including events and training. We may also forward you information from third parties that we think may be of interest to you. The ALLIANCE and its sub-contractors will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless we have your written permission or are required by law to do so.
