Digital is already embedded across health and social care. The critical question is: Is it enabling access, or quietly excluding the people who could benefit most?
This full-day, in-person session is for health and social care leaders who want to design digital inclusion into everyday service delivery. Across the day you will build a clear, practical action plan, ready to implement when you return to the office. This is not a day of theory or presentations. It’s structured time, expert facilitation, and collaborative decision-making, focused on turning insight into action.

The Accelerator:

Understanding: Being clear about the impact of digital on your service, who it currently works for and who it quietly excludes

Approach: Deciding how you’ll embed digital inclusion in practice, create a culture that supports this work and enable partnership working

Resource: Being realistic about your internal and community-based assets, and how you’ll organise them so digital inclusion is more sustainable.

What you’ll leave with:

  • A draft digital inclusion action plan
  • An outline business case for digital inclusion
  • An asset register for the resources you have/need
