Deepness Ltd were awarded £115,110 in June 2025 to run their project for 36 months
A 36 month project to codesign and develop toolkits to support people awaiting a diagnosis of dementia through to the period after diagnosis. The first year will focus on co-design, and development, the majority of years 2 and 3 will focus on testing and piloting alongside community partners, followed by analysis and reflection
Learning will be gained from the priorities identified by people with lived experience in identifying content for the toolkits, the experience of working together with community partners across such a large geography, the ways in which content may need to adapt following initial pilots and ultimately the impact the content has on people’s wellbeing and self management
