Lorn and Oban Healthy Options Limited were awarded £14,995 in June 2025 to run their project for 12 months

A 12 month project to build on learning from the previously piloted Elevate project. While Adapt works with newly diagnosed and Thrive with people in need of a greater level of support Elevate will act as a third offer for individuals identified as requiring some support but less than that of the other programmes. Through various modes of ongoing client engagement the project will explore a broader range of activities, and introduce a greater emphasis on self management, as well as compliment activity with peer support.

Learning will be gained from understanding the activities participants want to engage with, and their relative impact on both wellbeing and self management, as well as the experience of developing, the peer support elements and ultimately whether the activity can function as an exit pathway from more intensive support.
