Networking Key Services Ltd were awarded £119,135 in September 2023 to run their project for 36 months.
The funded project aims to build capacity, resilience and social capital among people with long-term health conditions and their carers, and empower them with information/knowledge and individual support. Delivering support for the South Asian community around, carers rights, wider health determinants and IT tools that can make their day to day life easier.
