PCOS Relief

PCOS relief were awarded £14,600 in July 2024 to run their project for 12 months
This one year project aims to deliver a programme of three workshops on PCOS to 4 separate cultural communities in Scotland. The content of each session would be tailored to the specific needs of the women from that community. The project hopes to develop learning around what elements require adaption for which communities, the degree to which the tailored content improves engagement from women within these communities, as well as the degree to which the workshops overall improve people’s self management, mental health and wellbeing.
