Positive Help were awarded £117,186 in September 2023 to run their project for 36 months
The funded project has two strands, Supportive Transport (ST); providing journeys to access vital
Healthcare or medication for those living with HIV/Hep C, removing barriers to treatment and support through non-judgemental and compassionate care from volunteers. The second strand, ‘Live Well’ is an expansion to existing home support work responding to requests for additional options around DIY, exercise and cooking to develop new skills in self care.
