ALLIANCE response to the National Care Service Current Operating Model (KPMG)

The ALLIANCE has responded to a document written by KPMG about the current state of social care in Scotland.
Last week, the Scottish Government shared documentation produced by KPMG on the Current Operating Model (COM) of social care in Scotland (which is available here).
The ALLIANCE was asked to provide feedback on the document received last week and respond to its key questions. Our response is available here.
Given the short turnaround time, we were not able to put this response out for full consultation with members. We have raised this issue with colleagues in Scottish Government, and hope that future documentation will be shared with sufficient time for full input from our members and people with lived experience.
