Everyone has a self management story: Self Management Week 2023
- Area of Work: The ALLIANCE
- Type: News Item
- Published: 2nd June 2023
Self Management Week 2023 will run from 18-21 September with online, in-person and hybrid events.
The ALLIANCE hosts Self Management Week annually, celebrating self management across Scotland with a range of events, ALLIANCE Live activity and the Self Management Awards.
The week provides a chance for people to come together and learn, network and celebrate self management. It raises awareness of the importance of self management in all of our lives and provides an opportunity to share learning across the Self Management Network Scotland, Self Management Fund projects and the wider ALLIANCE membership.
An awareness raising campaign will launch in June and run until September, which will highlight what self management can look like, why it is important and provide insights and examples of good practice.
The Self Management Awards ceremony will be held in Edinburgh on Wednesday 20 September.
Visit the Self Management Week page to keep an eye out for updates.
