East Ayrshire Council Sensory Impairment Team

East Ayrshire Sensory Impairment Team work within Community Health and Care to provide support for anyone with a visual/hearing impairment.

Our aim is to enable individuals to maintain their independence.

This can include;

Assessment, equipment provision, training in independent living skills / orientation and mobility/technology etc.  We are also able to provide a BSL interpreter service for face to face social work appointments.
