Independent regulator for pharmacists, pharmacy technicians and pharmacy premises in Great Britain

The General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) is the independent regulator for pharmacists, pharmacy technicians and pharmacy premises in Great Britain. They protect, promote and maintain the health, safety and wellbeing of members of the public by upholding standards and public trust in pharmacy. They set and uphold standards for pharmacists, pharmacy technicians and registered pharmacies, and for the education and training of pharmacists and pharmacy technicians. They register the pharmacy professionals and pharmacies who have met their standards, and take proportionate action when needed.
