Providing a behavioural approach to managing stress, anxiety and overwhelm.

Healthy Thinking develops evidence-informed digital nervous system regulation programmes designed to support emotional wellbeing, resilience and self-management. The initial programme focuses on women’s health, helping people better manage the stress and overwhelm associated with perimenopause and menopause. Future programmes are planned, including men’s mental health and alcohol behaviour change.

Alongside its commercial model, Healthy Thinking has a strong social and public health focus, working collaboratively with the third sector, community organisations, researchers and NHS partners to improve access to preventative wellbeing support. A key aim is to make the programmes more accessible for underserved groups through affordable pricing, strategic partnerships and funded initiatives where possible, while contributing to wider women’s health, self-management and mental wellbeing objectives.
