Healthy Thinking develops digital nervous system regulation programmes designed to support emotional wellbeing, resilience and self-management, with an initial focus on women’s health and menopause-related stress and anxiety. Alongside its commercial model, the organisation has a strong social and public health focus, with a commitment to working collaboratively with the third sector, community organisations and NHS partners to improve access to preventative wellbeing support. A key aim is to provide affordable and, where possible, low-cost or free access for underserved groups, while contributing to wider women’s health, self-management and mental wellbeing objectives.
