Provide mental health support for people across Perth and Kinross

Mindspace is a local mental health charity providing support to people across Perth and Kinross ranging from counselling for emotional distress issues through to learning opportunities related to the self-management of mental ill health. They offer counselling to people over 11 years of age who are facing a wide range of difficulties or challenges such as: bereavement or loss; isolation, anxiety or depression; stress of work or in the home; self-harm; or difficulties in family or intimate relationships.
