PKAVS is a charity that works to enhances lives and connect communities in Perth & Kinross. It supports over 5,000 local people each year through its five Hubs – Carers, Minority Communities, Third Sector & Volunteering, and Mental Health and Wellbeing. As the Third Sector Interface (TSI) in Perth & Kinross, PKAVS Third Sector and Volunteering Hubs also support, develop and connect voluntary organisations, charities, community groups, social enterprise and volunteering in their local area.
