Starlight Connections is a training and consultancy organisation. We are a small organisation founded in 2025 by Joanne Hearl. Joanne lives with the daily struggle of an auto immune disease, and feels strongly that having a relational approach is at the heart of what we are trying to achieve as a society. We provide high-quality training and consultancy for professionals, organisations, and families, with compassion, curiosity, and care at the heart of everything we do. Our work is grounded in a relational approach, recognising how life experiences shape how people feel, communicate, work, and connect with others.

We work across a range of settings including education, children’s services, community organisations, and corporate environments. While these sectors may look different, they share a common goal: creating spaces where people feel safe, valued, understood, and able to do their best.

By helping individuals and teams better understand behaviour, stress, relationships, and communication, we support healthier cultures, stronger connections, and more effective practice.
