SWAN Autism (Scotland)

We believe in Scotland as a home where autistic women and girls may flourish.

We aim to improve the lives of female-identified autistic individuals through: peer support, sharing of lived experience, retrieval of positive self-esteem and identity, building capacity; continuously improving the knowledge base; informing and educating; reframing the narrative of autism, challenging stereotypes and misinformation. SWAN is inclusively autistic-led. It is a Participatory Action Research organisation.
