The Machine Zone examines the impact of digital technology upon individuals and society.

Work to date has concentrated upon electronic gambling as a public health issue. We work within networks of individuals, politicians, academics and journalists whose aim is to highlight and challenge the social and individual harms of addiction generally and gambling in particular. We aim to raise awareness through fiction, drama and film.
