  • How can people be supported to access digital services, as well as develop skills and confidence, through a mix of in-person and digital support?
  • How can staff be supported to provide this additional service?
  • What has worked well so far and what can we learn from initiatives to date?
  • What type of frameworks and digital inclusion models are best suited to the topic of health and wellbeing?
