The Links Worker Programme (LWP) has ALLIANCE Community Links Workers (CLW) embedded in 52 GP practices in Glasgow, 16 GP practices in West Dunbartonshire and 2 in Trussell Trust foodbanks. Please see links below for direct CLW contact details and the location in which they are based.
