Colette Mason

Colette is the Programme Manager working across the Links Programmes.

Colette has more than a decade’s experience working in the ALLIANCE’s Links Worker Programme, she is keen to champion the work of the third sector in delivering health and social care across a variety of disciplines. She is skilled at creating and engaging in platforms to share instances of best practice, providing support and information and identifying areas for further support & development.

Colette’s responsibilities include:

• Managing the Senior Officers to carry out the day to day running for the programmes as well as deliver on the contracts.
• Contributing to innovation in Social Prescribing and Links Working in Scotland.
• Managing relationships with stakeholders across the health and social care agenda in Scotland to enhance and sustain connections between organisations at local and national levels.
