Courtney is a HR Officer at the ALLIANCE.
Courtney is responsible for supporting all aspects of HR within the organisation, including assisting with onboarding, sickness and absences, grievances and pensions. Courtney also ensures that all organisational policies and procedures are updated and added to as required to comply with current employment legislation.
