Dobrochna Olszewska

A full-time, specialist role, the Community Links Practitioner (CLP) has joined existing primary care teams.

Dobrochna works within the primary care team.  Dobrochna works with individuals on a one-to-one basis to help identify and address issues that negatively impact their health. As appropriate for general practice, there are no exclusion criteria or limit of contacts between patients and practitioners. CLPs work with anybody, of any age, experiencing any issue.

Dobrochna is based at Crescent Medical Practice.
