Donna Reynolds

A full-time, specialist role, the Community Links Practitioner (CLP) has joined existing primary care teams.

Donna works within the primary care team.  Donna works with individuals on a one-to-one basis to help identify and address issues that negatively impact their health. As appropriate for general practice, there are no exclusion criteria or limit of contacts between patients and practitioners. CLPs work with anybody, of any age, experiencing any issue.

Donna is based at Whiteinch Medical Practice and Scotstoun Medical Practice.
