Elle Tashdjian

Elle is a Development Officer within the ALLIANCE Membership Team.

Elle’s role is to develop, support and engage the ALLIANCE’s growing membership network, building strong relationships with members across Scotland’s health and social care landscape. Within her role she is responsible for developing, promoting and diversifying the ALLIANCE’s membership offer, as well as working with current and prospective members to ensure they can be best supported as part of the ALLIANCE’s collective voice. 

Before joining the ALLIANCE, Elle obtained a Master’s Degree in Global Health where she developed a specialised interest in Scottish primary care delivery and health workforce experience. She also holds an Undergraduate Degree in Public Policy.
