Fiona Farris

A full-time, specialist role, the Community Links Practitioner (CLP) has joined existing primary care teams.

Fiona Farris works within the primary care team. Fiona works with individuals from Dr Connelly and Harkins Medical Practice list populations in Drumchapel on a one-to-one basis to help identify and address issues that negatively impact their health. As appropriate for general practice, there are no exclusion criteria or limit of contacts between patients and practitioners. Fiona works with anybody, of any age, experiencing any issue.
