Kalliopi Lagoudaki

A full-time, specialist role, the Community Links Practitioner (CLP) has joined existing primary care teams.

Kalliopi works within the primary care team.  Kalliopi works with individuals on a one-to-one basis to help identify and address issues that negatively impact their health. As appropriate for general practice, there are no exclusion criteria or limit of contacts between patients and practitioners. CLPs work with anybody, of any age, experiencing any issue.

Kalliopi is based at the Silver Burn Medical Practice.
