My role is to develop the membership and ensure effective involvement of members and the voice of people with lived experience in our work.
As Programme Manager at the ALLIANCE, Kerry leads the Lived Experience, Integration and Engagement Hub, driving work that amplifies the voices of disabled people, those living with long term conditions, and unpaid carers across Scotland. Kerry’s work contributes directly to the ALLIANCE’s vision where everyone has a strong voice and enjoys the right to live well, with dignity and respect.
Kerry works closely with the ALLIANCE membership, supporting organisations and individuals to engage meaningfully with policy and practice. Kerry is passionate about co-production, the meaningful involvement of people with lived experience, and advancing person centered approaches.
