Lowri Butler

Lowri works within the Policy team, with a particular focus on social care, the national care service and self-directed support.

Lowri provides further policy support to the broader team and organisation by monitoring developments in the Scottish Parliament and UK Government, and sharing relevant policy updates and parliamentary insights with colleagues and ALLIANCE members. Lowri also contributes to a range of policy outputs – including consultation responses, briefings, and reports – to inform and influence social care policy.
