Martin Harkins

A full-time, specialist role, the Community Links Practitioner (CLP) has joined existing primary care teams.

Martin works within the primary care team.  Martin works with individuals on a one-to-one basis to help identify and address issues that negatively impact their health. As appropriate for general practice, there are no exclusion criteria or limit of contacts between patients and practitioners. CLPs work with anybody, of any age, experiencing any issue.

Martin is based at Lennox Medical Practice, Dr Chlamers and Partners (Yellow) and Dr K J Moffat & Partners (Orange)
