Rhona McMillan

Rhona leads the Children and Young People programme at the ALLIANCE.

Rhona is responsible for developing professionals, organisations and local authorities’ capacity to influence the implementation of GIRFEC. Rhona aims to support disabled children, young people, their families and those working across the third sector to have increased opportunities to engage with, inform and co-produce the policies that affect them.

Rhona is responsible for developing and delivering the ALLIANCE’s CPD-accredited GIRFEC training and creating opportunities for stakeholders across the children and young people sector through the Children and Young People Community of Practice.
