Siobhann McGuire

A full-time, specialist role, the Community Links Practitioner (CLP) has joined existing primary care teams.

Siobhann works within the primary care team.  Siobhann works with individuals on a one-to-one basis to help identify and address issues that negatively impact their health. As appropriate for general practice, there are no exclusion criteria or limit of contacts between patients and practitioners. CLPs work with anybody, of any age, experiencing any issue.

Siobhann is based at Dr Ali & Dr MacKenzie and at the Abercromby Practice.
