Sonia Sprules

Sonia is the Finance Manager at the ALLIANCE.

Sonia oversees the organisation’s financial management, including the preparation of management accounts, cash re-forecasting, financial analysis, budgeting, VAT, and balance sheet control. She also leads year-end processes, supports external accountants, and contributes to strategic financial planning to ensure the organisation’s fiscal health and long-term sustainability.
