The ALLIANCE is gearing up to celebrate Self Management Week differently this year.
The ALLIANCE has hosted Self Management Week, the national awareness raising campaign for self management, for 12 years. The week has always been the highlight of our Self Management Team’s calendar and we love collaborating with our network to showcase the best of self management practice in Scotland.
In 2022, we are raising awareness a little differently.
We are pleased to announce that this September will be Self Management Month, with events running every Wednesday throughout the month, culminating in the Self Management Awards Ceremony on 28 September.
We hope that by switching up the format, it will make it easier to attend more events, reach more people, and deliver a more inclusive event.
More information will be announced in the coming weeks so make sure you are following us on Twitter @SelfMgmtScot (this link will take you away from our website) and sign up for our free Self Management Network Scotland bulletin to keep informed.
We can’t wait for September, we look forward to seeing you then.
