Long Covid Kids

Through the course of the COVID-19 pandemic, long-term impacts of infection collectively known as “Long Covid” have become an ever-increasing challenge. In this interview, the ALLIANCE’s Senior Policy Officer Dr Hannah Tweed interviews Helen Goss from Long Covid Kids (LCK). Helen shares her own family experiences with Long Covid, outlines the support that LCK offer to children, young people and families living with Long Covid, and shares her hopes for how people living with Long Covid can be better supported moving forward.

Professor Alex McMahon speaks in-depth about the role he stepped into at the beginning of this year. Eczema Outreach Support self management animated resource

We spoke with Cheryll, Senior Family Support Worker and Silvia, a Youth Panel member at Eczema Outreach Support about their new animated resource. The animation, Eczema – More than itchy skin, aims to help young people with eczema feel more supported and understood at secondary school. The animation was created with funding from the Self Management Fund.
