Share your experiences of diabetes information and support in Scotland by completing the ALLIANCE’s new questionnaire.
The Health and Social Care Alliance Scotland (the ALLIANCE) is seeking views from individuals with lived experience of diabetes, their families and carers, and those with a vested interest in the development of diabetes information and support such as third sector organisations who support people with diabetes
We would like to hear what your experience has been, what are your views and priorities about what is important to you with regards diabetes information and support, and in doing so help to influence policy which will directly impact on others with diabetes. Positive experiences will allow us to share good practice and negative experiences will highlight areas of focus for improvement.
The survey is available to complete now on SmartSurvey ().
The survey will take approximately 10 minutes to complete and does not ask for any personal or identifiable details. This survey is completely anonymous with no means of identifying who has taken part. The survey will be closing to responses on 12 June 2022.
The information collated will be shared with the Scottish Government and other interested parties and will inform how services are delivered in the future.
