Thistle have also developed a range of wellbeing support that can be tailored to the individual, including:
- 1-2-1 wellbeing coaching over the phone or online
- Support to develop personalised wellbeing plans
- Online mindfulness courses
- Social prescribing and peer support.
You can refer people for these courses using a referral form (this link will take you away from our website).
People can also self-refer by contacting referrals@thistle.org.uk or on 0131 661 3366.
More information for people looking for support can be found in Thistle’s wellbeing support information leaflet (this link will take you away from our website) and lifestyle management course information leaflet (this link will take you away from our website).
