The Promise is hosting their sixth Learning Collaborative in Edinburgh for you to network and share learning around implementing The Promise

The Promise’s sixth in-person Learning Collaborative takes place at Easter Road Stadium, Edinburgh. Places at this event are fully funded and open to all across the workforce who wish to connect and share learning around implementing The Promise.

This event is themed around the foundation of scaffolding, focusing on the ways in which the ‘care system’ interacts with and depends on other systems and structures that, while often considered separate, have a significant impact on people’s lives.

This one will cover the themes of:

  • Health
  • Justice
  • Legislation
  • Scrutiny and Inspection

As part of this collaborative, registrants will be invited to share the challenges they face related to these themes. Those signing up before 29 August will also have the chance to offer a 10-minute presentation showcasing work they’ve been involved in. Submitted proposals will be circulated by 1 September to attendees, who will vote on which five inputs they most wish to hear on the day.

The event is designed to provide equal space for presentations, networking and learning, based on feedback from the sector.
