Drop in sessions for senior leaders in social work and social care to learn more about the Leading for the Future leadership programme.
Leading to Change is a national leadership development partnership that supports people working across health, social care, social work and the third sector to lead positive change within complex systems.
Leading to Change is hosting a series of drop in information sessions for its Leading for the Future programme. These sessions are aimed at senior leaders working in social care and social work who are interested in learning more about the programme and what it offers.
Leading for the Future is a national leadership development programme designed for senior leaders across social care, social work, health, the third sector and partner organisations. The programme supports participants to explore live leadership challenges, strengthen resilience and develop skills for working across systems. It brings together leaders from different organisations to learn alongside one another and build lasting professional networks.
The drop in sessions will provide an overview of the programme structure, learning approach and application process. They also offer an opportunity to ask questions and understand whether the programme is the right fit ahead of applications opening for the next cohort, which is due to begin in September 2026.
Further information about the programme and upcoming drop in sessions is available on the Leading to Change website.
